Responsibility'

Matyco is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods offered in the catalog published on the site, even for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the published specifications on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Matyco.

Technical information

The technical characteristics of the products and components included in the Matyco site are obtained from the information published by the producers of the goods included in our catalogue. Matyco reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional characteristics of the products, on the basis of what will be communicated by the producers, even without any notice.

Availability' Products

Since access to the product catalog published on the Matyco website and the ability to purchase online could jeopardize (in real time) the availability of the product, Matyco does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the goods ordered.

Risk and Property'

The goods are shipped prepaid, insured with a charge; in the event that the goods were sent carriage forward, following the customer's indication, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from their warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated on the invoice. In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported on the same invoice and confirmed within seven days via email or registered mail to Matyco. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden defects or anomalies must be reported in writing by email or registered mail. Any notification beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Shipments

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Matyco at its own responsibility and risk, and the relative shipping cost will be charged to the purchaser. Assuming that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Matyco declines all responsibility for loss, damage or damage to the product from the moment it is picked up at Matyco's premises.

Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively through the website. The customer who sends the order will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order by e-mail, with the indication of the relative order number.

Prices

All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.

Payments

The supplied goods must be paid for by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or cash on delivery.

Matyco reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after having accepted the order, to those customers who are insolvent or potentially insolvent.

Right of withdrawal

For returns, you have 14 days from delivery of the goods to return the items you are not satisfied with.

• Accompanied by the copy of the order
