Production Technique
The creation of each Stablight lamp begins with the choice of glass, which is manually blown into unique wooden molds. The artisans, using the historic mouth-blowing technique, work the glass with extraordinary precision, blowing multiple layers of material in various colors. This artisanal process allows us to obtain final products that are not just sources of light, but real pieces of design, each with a unique and particular shape, which recalls that of the original mould.
The Refinement
After blowing, the pre-formed incandescent glass takes on its final shape through careful finishing. We then proceed with cutting and polishing the glass, crucial phases to guarantee the perfect finish of each Stablight lamp. This meticulous production process reflects the profound knowledge and timeless skill of Bohemian master glassmakers, capable of passing on the secrets of their craft from generation to generation.
